BEZZERA MITICA TOP PID (TANK OR PLUMB)
Bezzera Mitica TOP PID adopts the conventional E61 grouphead, which is always revered as the benchmark for commercial quality.

The E61 groupheads had been used for decades for commercial usage.
Users can do preinfusion techniques if they find necessary.
The thermosyphon system will cycle hot water to the grouphead just like any E61 system.
Brew Pressure Gauge
Features an important brew gauge, useful for identifying any anomalies during brewing and a PID temperature controller to ensure your machine is ready at the right temperature.
2 Litres Boiler
The E61’s grouphead is warmed by hot water circulated from the boiler. If it is also on a heat exchanger system, the amount of water in the boiler must be big enough to ensure better thermal stability. As an extraction is made, fresh cold water gets pumped into the heat exchanger to replace the dispensed hot water. The introduction of cold water reduces the overall boiler and heat exchanger temperature. A boiler that is too small, will have its temperature dropping too drastically during extraction and ultimately affects the taste of the coffee.
A 2 litres boiler is the minimum size required for a much better stability with a powerful amount of steam for frothing milk.
The E61 uses a thermosyphon system to stabilise the temperature the grouphead.
A safe material with natural anti-microbial properties to continuously kill greater than 99.9% of bacteria that cause hospital-acquired infections, keeping water in the boiler always potable. One of the most conductive metal on earth, making the machine very efficient in starting up and recovering from lost heat. Will never rust like Stainless Steel, or release lead from Brass, will only oxidise and increase its antimicrobial properties as its age.
High-quality Bezzera boiler.
Many manufacturers purchase their components from 3rd party vendors around the world, of unmeasured quality and reliability. Bezzera welds and makes all their boilers from their factory in Milan. Boilers are tested at high pressure to ensure the safety of their product.
Strong industrial grade pump to allow heavy duty of usage, back to back. Moving stream of water smoothly with weak tremors that disrupt channelling.
Being a heat exchanger means that the turnover of water usage is faster, meaning only fresh water will be used for for brewing.
Due to the design of the heat exchanger, minimal cool flushing is required.
The design does not hinder the steam power.
In this version, the Bezzera Mitica TOP PID comes with a heavy duty Rotary pump and certain heavy duty spare parts. It is also possible to plumb the machine for continuous feeding supply.
The main difference between a Bezzera Magica and the Mitica is how they access the water tank.
The Bezzera Magica’s entire top tray is removable. While the Mitica has a flap for easier access.
The rest are mainly aesthetic difference.
The Bezzera Magica is slightly smaller, while the Mitica has a generous amount of space for cups and drips.
Warning: Be careful of hot surfaces, water and steam at all time.
Do not allow vibration pumps to activate for more than 2 minutes, allow half amount of rest time for any long duration of activation.
