EXPOBAR LEVA EB61
The Expobar Leva EB61 runs on the conventional design of E61 grouphead and heat exchanger system.
It has the same properties as most high-end professional machines are having.
The Expobar’s E61 groupheads are designed with a patent design, a modification in its shower screen to allow approximately 7 seconds of preinfusion every time.
This results in slightly more uniform shots.
It’s designed to run slightly hotter, accustom to heavy dosing preference, particularly fancied by American/Australian style baristas.
Such as overdosing to 20 grams per extraction, the hotter temperature bring about more energy to extract the thicker dose within the standard duration of 20-30 seconds.
The thermosyphon system will cycle hot water to the grouphead just like any E61 system.
Double Pressure Gauge
Features an important brew gauge and a steam boiler gauge, useful for identifying any anomalies during brewing and readiness of the machine.
New users may enjoy using the Leva EB61.
It is attached to a single tip steam wand, to allow more time for frothing, very handy for amateurs.
Since it is running on a heat exchanger system, users can froth milk and brew coffee at the same time.
A safe material with natural anti-microbial properties to continuously kill greater than 99.9% of bacteria that cause hospital-acquired infections, keeping water in the boiler always potable. One of the most conductive metal on earth, making the machine very efficient in starting up and recovering from lost heat. Will never rust like Stainless Steel, or release lead from Brass, will only oxidise and increase its antimicrobial properties as its age.
For users who wish for more additional features, they will be pleased with what Expobar Leva EB61 can offer.
The drip tray is huge, which is always useful to collect more drips before emptying.
Not only that, user can drill a hole through the drip tray and connect to a drainage system to collect endless amount of drips.
The Expobar Leva EB61 allows user to draw water either from a water network directly, or through its water tank.
If it’s connected to a water network*, the user won’t need to top up the water tank anymore.
This will mean that the Expobar Leva EB61 is capable for continuous operation without worrying that the water tank runs dry, or overflowing its drip tray.
*Due to potentially different fitting, compatibility and pressure stability issues, we do not provide plumbing services. It should be carried out by a qualified plumber.
Please refer to the user manual to change the machine’s mode to switch drawing water from either tank or water network.
Warning: Be careful of hot surfaces, water and steam at all time.
Do not allow vibration pumps to activate for more than 2 minutes, allow half amount of rest time for any long duration of activation.
