Bezzera Coffee Beans: Buon Giorno 1KG

The official definition of the best espresso reveals an intense scent with notes of flowers, fruits, toasted bread and chocolate.
All of these sensations felt after swallowing the coffee in the long lasting aroma that remains for several seconds, even for minutes.
Its taste is round, substantial and smooth. Sour and bitter are well balanced, and neither one prevails over the other. Astringency is absent or barely perceptible.

Character

Robusta had always mistaken as a filler or a species to avoid.
Bezzera has proven it wrong with a higher usage of the best quality robusta coffee beans in the Buon Giorno blend.

The Buon Giorno blend is full-bodied, intense and energetic, enjoyed in the typical Italian expectation.
It produces the classic espresso with intense, nutty and very chocolatey by itself.
A bold espresso blossomed with a nice mix of Arabicas to bring out the a full flavoured espresso.
Expect a very rich and thick crema.

The Buon Giorno blend only has a very mild level of sourness.

Preparation

The Buon Giorno blend had been carefully crafted to work best with the least dose.
7 grams for single, 14 grams for a double is all you need.
Expect very stabilised and rich crema.

Its remarkable and pronounce character remains in milk recipes even with the least dosage of 6.5grames.
A nice dark chocolatey aftertaste persists in finishing the experience like what a connoisseur always expects.

Due to its resilient composition, it remains easy to extract a creamy texture even after a week of oxidation. (Inside a sealed bag)
