What is the difference between Strega and Strega TOP
The standard Stregas are very hardy, but the TOP version brings higher durability.
The TOP can be plumbed in or use its internal water tank.
It is also equipped with a more heavy-duty pressure sensor that can withstand long hours of operation, extending its durability.
The TOP version is a full fledge commercial machine and can be used for longer operating hours.

Contrary to most beliefs, producing a higher-quality espresso with the Bezzera Strega is more manageable than most machines.
It’s reliable. It’s high performing. If you need a machine to satisfy the best drinkers, you will love the Bezzera Strega.
However, the users must be physically able to pull the lever down and be careful of the lever striking back by accident.
Important safety message
Always handle the lever of the Bezzera Strega machine with care, especially during release. The lever can recoil forcefully if water isn’t retained in the brew chamber due to an incorrect grind setting or insufficient coffee.
Pull the lever downward without tipping the machine and ensure the grouphead is not pressurized before removing the portafilter.

Be careful of hot surfaces, water and steam at all times.

Always use water softeners to reduce limescale formation.
Avoid using any power adaptors or extensions to avoid an unstable power supply or overloading.
Do not leave the machine idling unnecessarily, especially for models without PID. Copper boilers reheat quickly, there’s no need to leave the machine always on.
Do not allow vibration pumps to activate for more than 2 minutes.
