Three Italian houses. One curated Singapore supply.
This is the premium layer — pedigree you cannot buy from a commodity roaster. The packaging protects that value; it is not the value by itself.
Competition-grade access — without the auction price
Le Piantagioni is the only specialty coffee roaster Forbes named among Italy’s Top 100 excellent producers. That is not marketing; it is a published distinction in the premium-roaster category.
Our partner Mr. Enrico Meschini is an international juror for the Cup of Excellence — the “Oscars” of coffee. He negotiates access to estates near competition-grade quality, including outstanding non-winning lots: unique, exceptional coffee at a fraction of auction-lot prices.
- Best picks: Lab #106, Coopchebi, Beriti, Los Bellotos
- Best for: refined Arabica and single-estate identity
- The promise: specialty quality, not fantasy auction pricing
The house that invented the espresso machine
Bezzera built the first modern espresso machine in 1901. That heritage is not a logo — it is a hundred-plus years of understanding exactly what an espresso machine is meant to extract.
Bezzera beans are the prized house coffee used by luxury hotels, cafés and restaurants. Built for body and crema, they cut cleanly through milk and deliver authentic Italian espresso even at the smallest dose.
- Best picks: Buon Giorno, 80/20
- Best for: cappuccino, latte, office machines, strong espresso
- The promise: classic Italian body from espresso’s origin
Café-proven in Italy since 1895
Founded by the Meschini family in Livorno in 1895, Arcaffè has supplied Italian cafés for over 125 years, using authentic recipes from the 1920s rebuilt with superior Arabica and modern roasting.
For Singapore offices and cafés, Arcaffè is the safest premium route — familiar enough for everyone to enjoy, with heritage no commodity bean can claim.
- Best picks: Margo, Elba, Roma, Mokacrema, Kuz
- Best for: offices, cafés, restaurants, home espresso
- The promise: refined Italian espresso without guesswork
Why our sealed beans stay consistent
Fresh is not the same as ready.
Beans roasted yesterday are still off-gassing — volatile, unstable, hard to extract. Ours arrive rested, stable and repeatable.
Hermetically sealed under Italy’s most advanced modified-atmosphere systems, built specifically for coffee — equipment that costs more than a roaster.
Pressurised packaging lets every bag age to the same condition, so you never brew coffee that hasn’t degassed enough to extract properly.
Over-fresh coffee fakes a thick crema from trapped CO₂ while tasting flat. Rested beans give crema that reflects real flavour.
Peak condition for up to 6 months, usable up to 18 — order a quarter’s supply at once without quality drift or emergency top-ups.
Industry reality: most one-way valves on the market fail — they leak, letting oxygen creep in and quietly degrade the coffee. That is why small roasters tell you to finish beans within days. We solved it instead: our bags carry an expiry date, not a roast date, so there is nothing for you to guess.
